shock with regard to office life.

the areas of Intercultural Management, Presentation Techniques, Conflict Management and Business
English
for professionals. She has worked with people from many industries,
most especially from the IT, Automobile, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical

School of Intenational Business Administration. She also blogs

The focus of our Intercultural
Trainings
is the U.S.A. The seminar sensitizes participants to both the obvious
and the underlying differences between the two countries, our
culturally-driven expectations and the differences in business
etiquette. Participants learn to circumnavigate common problems, to
conduct successful negotiations, to present convincingly to an American
audience and to get off on the right foot for long-term assignments in
the U.S.A.
